Meet Our Staff

Lynda Pollard

Center Director:  With more than 40 years experience in the field, Lynda holds a M.A. Degree in Administration and Supervision from Trinity University and a B.S. degree in Early Childhood from Wheelock College. She is an adjunct faculty member with Prince Georges Community College -  Education Department Division of Workforce Development/Continuing Education and is Maryland Child Care Credentialed.

Griselda Griner

Assistant Director: With more than 25 years experience in the field, Griselda holds a B.S. degree in Family Science  from the University of Maryland, AA Degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Montgomery College and is Maryland Child Care Credentialed.

Lilian Covera de-Leon                                                                                               

Food and Nutrion Program Coordinator:  With more than 11 years experience in the field, Lilian holds a a Baccalaureate degree in Family Studies (minor special education) from the University of Maryland, and is Maryland Child Care Credentialed.  Lilian is also the Lead Teacher for our 4/5’s Prek Class and is Maryland Child Care Credentialed.

Sindi Romero                                                                                                   

Office ManagerSindi has worked 18+ years in varied positions with our program, including as lead teacher of the Toddlers/2's and 3/4's classes. Sindi holds a BS degree in General Business from the University of Maryland and is Maryland Child Care Credentialed.
